Terms & Conditions of Sale
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from The Royal Corps of Army Music Trust Online Shop. Please print a copy of these terms and conditions for your future reference.
Price and Delivery
Shop prices cover the cost of the item(s) and an additional fees for postage and packaging will be added where necessary. Arrangements can be made through the trust office for other delivery options.
UK Delivery from £2.00
- A minimum of £6.00 per order plus £1.50 per additional item, or
- Upgrade to Signed For which is a minimum of £9.00 plus £2.25 per additional item.
- Magazines will be a minimum of £2.00 per order plus £0.50 per additional magazine.
Arrangements can be made through the Trust office for other delivery or collection options.
All jewellery is sent by Special Delivery Guaranteed.
Please allow 28 days for delivery for all orders placed.
Overseas & Special Requests
Please email info@rcamtrust.co.uk prior to ordering and to establish the cost of international postage for overseas purchases. This also applies if you have a special request for your order to be delivered immediately in time for a specific date (e.g. for birthdays, anniversaries etc.) or for any other issue that can be resolved by pre-purchase communication (e.g. confirmation of an item’s specifications).
Customs and Excise Duty
For international orders all customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local Customs office for further information. Please note that when ordering from The Royal Corps of Army Music Trust Online Shop you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods and they may be subject to opening and inspection by Customs authorities.
Damaged Goods and Shortages
If any part or all of your order arrives broken or damaged please contact us before returning any item. This should be reported to us within 7 days of receipt, stating the nature of the fault. We will endeavour to replace any broken or faulty product as soon as possible.

The copyright to all the images contained within The Royal Corps of Army Music website remain the property of the website owners and no form of reproduction for private, commercial sales or non-commercial distribution is permitted.
Liability
In no circumstances shall The Royal Corps of Army Music be liable, in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise, howsoever and whatever the cause thereof for any increased costs or expenses; for any loss of profit, business, contracts, revenues or anticipated savings; or for any special, indirect or consequential damage of any nature arising directly or out of the display of an announcement on the website, or of any error or defect therein, or of the performance, non-performance or delayed performance by The Royal Corps of Army Music of this contract.
The Royal Corps of Army Music Trust Online Shop shall not be under any liability in respect of any failure to carry out, or delay in carrying out, any of its obligations hereunder attributable to any cause of whatever nature outside its reasonable control and cannot be liable for any statement or conduct of any third party.
In the event of any dispute between yourself and any other user or users of this website, you hereby release The Royal Corps of Army Music, its officers, employees, agents, successors in rights and content providers from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such dispute or disputes and/or Shop service.
Governing Law
These conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdictions of the English courts.
