Please email info@rcamtrust.co.uk prior to ordering and to establish the cost of international postage for overseas purchases. This also applies if you have a special request for your order to be delivered immediately in time for a specific date (e.g. for birthdays, anniversaries etc.) or for any other issue that can be resolved by pre-purchase communication (e.g. confirmation of an item’s specifications).
For international orders all customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local Customs office for further information. If any part or all of your order arrives broken or damaged please contact us before returning any item. This should be reported to us within 7 days of receipt, stating the nature of the fault. We will endeavour to replace any broken or faulty product as soon as possible.
